I want you to be happy with the items you add to your wardrobe from Zimka, and I realize that ordering clothing online leaves much to the imagination. I've taken as much of the guesswork out of it as possible, but that's still no substitute for getting to try something on. Place your order with confidence - if for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase, I will gladly accept a return for your choice of replacement, store credit or refund.

If you receive an order that you are not satisfied with, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the order and let me know your preference of replacement, store credit or refund. Please email me explaining any problem you may have. All returns must be shipped back within 10 days of the receipt of your order.

Items must be unused and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Once the item is received in original condition, I will promptly process the return or exchange.
